Love that this place is on campus, and always a solid lunch choice. You cannot beat the prices for all the tastiness here. As others have stated, the lunch line can get kinda long, but the line moves along fairly quickly. Reminiscent of chipotle. Lag time usually comes from the pondering ordering customers.
Tip: the menu font is quite large, so select your items as your standing there prior to conversing the entire time with friends/colleagues. The staff has been around for awhile and they're efficiency and customer service have always been up to par.
I stand by my go-to items below:
Chicken Tortilla Soup
Shoo shoo quesadilla
Chorizo burrito
Taco salad
Aguas frescas

The most delicious Mexican style tacos. The meat is juicy and lean, without all the fat and cartilage that some other places serve. Absolute Perfection.

So I'm currently in ICU across the street. I was looking for anything at this point to eat. It's actually located inside a food court. I ordered the nachos with carne Asada. It is somewhat pricey but the taste was ok. I had a water because i sampled the fresh fruit waters but i found them to be gross.
The meat was about a 3 out of 5 but the overall taste was about a 4 out of 5 again i was starving. It was a pretty big serving which i did not finish but i won't be going back. -

Food is good and fast. The workers are always friendly. Can never say I had a bad experience there. My go to item is the Chorizo and egg breakfast burrito which is available all day. Also the prices aren't to bad. They share a food court with other businesses. So seating can be limited but there is always somewhere to sit.
